L. D. DISHAROON CLAIMED BY DEATH
Had Been In Ill Health For Past Few Years
  FUNERAL SERVICES WERE HELD TUESDAY
Lawrence D. Disharoon died at his home in the Colonial Hotel, this city, on Sunday night from a complication of diseases. He had been in ill health for the past few years and his condition gradually grew worse until the end came on Sunday. He was seventy-seven years of age.The deceased was well known in Crisfield and throughout the county. At one time he was the owner of what was probably the largest and finest livery stable in lower Somerset county, and conducted that business until the increasing number of automobiles made great inroads in that line of industry. He then purchased the Colonial Hotel and for more than fifteen years had been proprietor and manager of that business. He was a member of Immanuel M. E. Church.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ratie Disharoon; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Howard of Crisfield, and one son, Mr. Woodland Disharoon of Church Hill, Md. One brother, Mr. Joseph W. Disharoon of this city also survives. Funeral services were held from the home on Tuesday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. John J. Bunting, pastor of Immanuel M. E. Church.
Interment was in the Crisfield cemetery.
