bullet  Notes:

Anne was named in her father's will on 3 April 1666 at Northampton Co, VA. In his will Immanuel Halle gave to his eldest son John Hall my land and for want of his heirs to return to my youngest son Immanuel Hall, and if both die without heirs to return to my daughter Ann Hall, only my wife's lifetime excepted. To my daughter Ann two cows. Wife (no name) extrx. and resid. legatee. Witt: Edward Innis, William Innis, George Lillie.

She was named in a statement that was recorded in court records on 30 November 1666 at Northampton Co, VA. Ustis Parsons of Northampton County, planter, do acknowledge myself firmly indebted unto Will: Kendall for & in the behalf of John, Manuell & Ann Hall, the son & daughter of Manuell Hall dec'd, the sum of 12,000 lbs of good tobacco & caske to bee well & truly pay'd by me the said Parsons the said Kendall as above said as witness my hand & seale this 30 Nov 1666. The condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Ustis Parsons do well & truly deliver unto John, Manuell & Ann Hall one young mare colt of 7 months at or upon 10 October 1669 to go in a joint stock between them, also to deliver unto John Hall at the age of 14 years 3 sufficient cows with cow calves by their sides; also to Manuell Hall 3 cows & cow calves by their sides at his age of 14 likewise. Also to Ann Hall 3 cows & cow calves by their sides at her age of 14, all of which 9 cows & cow calves are to be delivered to each distinct person & in case of either of their mortalities before that age the survivors or survivor to enjoy the cows & to be aged between 4 years & 6 & to be delivered in Northampton County. Also Ann Hall is to have one good featherbed at the age above & furniture belonging unto it & in case of her mortality, then Manuel to enjoy; also 3 iron pots & pothooks to be delivered every one: one & to revert as above in case of mortality, all which premises being truly performed that then this obligation to stand null & void, otherwise to remain in full force. Signed by Ustis (his mark) Parsons. Witt: Daniel Baker & Dernam Olander. Acknowledged in open court 28 Jan 1666/67 by Ustis Parsons. Recorded 6 Feb 1666/67.

Anne was named as an heir on 28 August 1679 at Northampton Co, VA. She was shown as Anne Fathrey, aged 16, when she witnessed the will of William Beadle, who left his entire estate to the mother of Anne Fathrey and she was to pay his debt to Thomas Eyre. The dec'd's estate was placed in the custody of Anne Parsons.

She was named in a petition that was recorded in court records on 29 July 1690 at Northampton Co, VA. Upon the petition of John Fathrey, who intermarried with Anne the daughter of Emanuel Hall and Ann his wife, dec'd(sic), since the wife of Eustace Parsons. To whom one Mary Ewbanck a base child of a servant woman of Col. Kendall was assigned to the said Ann Parsons till 20 years of age. The court confirms the said Mary Ewbanck to the said Fathrey till 18 years of age according to act she being 12 years of age next August and the heifer with her increase given to her by deed of gift by the said Fathrey to revert to the said donor if she deceases before she attains the age of 18 years. (NOTE: Evidently the "dec'd" after Anne Peasons name was an error and probably should have been placed after Emanuel Hall's name, as she was obviously the wife Eustace Peasons at this time.)

Anne witnessed a will on 2 May 1720 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that Ann Fathree, John Markland & Mary Garris witnessed the will of Luke Griffith, wife Elizabeth.

Anne was named in her husband's will on 4 May 1720 at Northampton Co, VA. She was shown as my wife Ann in the will of John Fathrey, cooper.

Anne made a will on 27 March 1736 at Northampton Co, VA. In her will Ann Fathery gave to son Hillard Fathery. To my granddau. Susanna Griffith the dau. of William Griffith. To my granddau. Sarah Griffith the dau. of (lost). To Elizabeth Griffith the dau. of the aforesaid William Griffith.
