On 17 Apr 1660 Mr. Richard Fletcher, a merchant of London, gave Peter Parker, son of Phillip Parker dec'd of Accomack, a heifer and all her increase. Phillip Parker's widow Mary Parker married William Marshall 12 May 1660. On 28 Sep 1660 Will Marshall acknowledged receipt of the brown heifer & marked with a burne mark on the horne with PC being the letter standing for the child's name & for his use

He made a will in September 1686 at Accomack Co, VA. Verbal will: declaration made on this date. Whole estate to wife and children (no names). Peter died before 21 September 1686 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that he was shown as Peter Parker dec'd, husband of my daughter Winefred Parker in the will of William Taylor, Assawoman Creek. By a verbal will, he left everything to his wife and children, but no names were given. In 1710 in a division among the children, it developed that their were four daughters, Elizabeth who married Giles Copes, Mary who married Thomas Copes, Rachell who married Sebastian Cropper, and Sarah who married Samuel Simpson. Proved by William Parker, age about 34, and Mary Martiall, age about 55. His estate was probated before 30 November 1686 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was proved by William Parker, age about 34 & Mary Martiall, age about 55.
