Thomas was named in his father's will on 7 July 1713 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as a son Thomas Parramore, under age 18, in the will of Thomas Parramore.

He married Joanna Custis Hope, daughter of William Hope and Joanna Mary Custis, before 27 November 1732.

Thomas Parramore was named in a land cause on 27 November 1732 at Accomack Co, VA. John Jackson vs Thomas Parramore & Joanna Custis, his wife. That the said John and the aforesaid Thomas and Joanna, in right of the said Joanna, together and undivided hold two orchards, 1 garden, four dwelling houses, two kitchens, one barn, 1013 acres of land and 200 acres of Marsh, upon Matompkin Creek, in the Parish of Accomack, late the inheritance of William Custis, dec., whereon unto him the said John and to his heirs it belongs to have one orchard, one dwelling house, 200 acres of land and Marsh, and to the said Thomas & Joanna, in right of the said Joanna, the residue of the premises according to the last will and testament of the said William Custis, the said 200 acres being devised by the said William Custis, dec., to his wife, Bridget, and conveyed to the aforesaid John by William Arbuckle and the said Bridget, then his wife. (Joanna Custis Hope, wife of Thomas Parramore, dau. of William Hope and Gr. Dau. of Capt. George Hope; also gr. dau. of Capt. William Custis.)

Thomas bought land on 22 March 1739 at Somerset Co, MD. It was on this date that Thomas Parramore purchased from Levin Gale the 150 acres called "Wetuxeduet" or "Double Purchase" which Gale had bought from his cousin Richard (36) Parramore.

Thomas Parramore represented Acc County in the House of Burgesses from 1748-49, 1758-71. Thomas was named as administrator of an estate on 26 March 1751 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of Rachel Ashby was granted to Thomas Parramore with Thomas Teackle security. Jacob Badger, John Wharton, William Kellam and Henry Rodgers (or three of them) were to appraise the estate. Thomas was named as administrator of an estate on 25 February 1767 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of James Strann was granted to Thomas Parramore with John Coleburn security.

He made a will on 8 May 1773 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will Thomas Parramore name son William Parramore. To son John Parramore my plantation in Maryland. To son Thomas Parramore 100 acres of marsh which I bought of John Michael, my lease Hold Estate which I bought in Bradford's Neck, as also the time to come, which shall be the season after my death, in the Lease I have from Sacker Shield where my son William now lives. Son in law Ezekiel Young. Son in law Major Guy. To grandaughter Anne Abbott, wife of Richard Abbott. Grandchildren John & Sarah Stran. Grandsons John & Robert Purnell. To Ann Holland, daughter of my son in law William Holland. Grandaughter Mary Holland, daughter of William. Grandson William Stran. To son William Parramore 100 acres land & marsh on the Beach which I bought of Mr. William Burton, deceased Son William my heir apparent. Daughters Sarah Guy & Elizabeth Guy. Sons William, John & Thomas, daughter Mary Holland & the children of Sinah Stran, deceased residual legatees. Sons William, John & Thomas Parramore Exrs. Witt: Samuel Long, Henry Heath, George Bell. Thomas died before 27 December 1774 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated.

He was named in the settlement of his son-in-law's estate on 27 February 1776 at Accomack Co, VA. James Henry, John Wharton, Clement Parker and Zorrobabel Kellam were to set apart the estate of James Stran (deceased) from that of Thomas Parramore (now also deceased), who had been Stran's administrator; the appointed men were also to settle Stran's administration accounts and divide the estate.
