To son Lambert Horsey: dwelling plantation beginning at the gut south of the old brick house where my father Lambert Fassitt lived and thence to the gut which divides me from Rouse Fassitt, Negro man Robin, man Joshua, boy Caleb, boy Isaac, woman Rachel, girl Nelly, girl Lidy, girl Rhody.
To daughter Zipporah Bruff: plantation where Lambert Fassitt lived; but if my son Lambert Horsey should comply with his brother Edward Horsey's will and pay his sister Zipporah Bruff $1000, then I give the land to son Lambert. Also, Negro boy Stoutter, girl Sarah, girl Susanah. Also livestock.
To son Stephen Horsey: all the cattle at his house and Negro boys Isaac and Spencer for the use and benefit of his children.
Executor: son Lambert Horsey.
Witnesses: Joshua Prideaux, Stephen Cropper, Joseph Dunbar.
