Witnesses stated that on 01 Jan 1787, the morning before he Expired, That in their presence and hearing that it was his Will and desire that his Brother Thomas should hold and possess for ever all his Estate and at the same time had sent for Capt. Thomas Davis to write his will but died before it could be performed.
