-To wife Elizabeth, negro men Job and John and negro woman Hulda and one third of my estate
-To sons Elza S. and Peter C. Powell, all of my real estate divided equally and joint executors
-To son Lambert C. Powell, $30 cash
-To daughters Gatty Tull and Elizabeth B. Powell, residue of personal estate divided equally

Ebenezer married Elizabeth Briddell about 1793 in Worcester Co., MD. (Elizabeth Briddell was born about 1774 in Worcester Co., MD and died after 1852 in Worcester Co., MD.)
