Thomas Dashiell -son, that part of plantation where he now lives called "Recovery" --from the end of the young apple orchard with the ditch to the back of the apple orchard then out with a line between Mr. Lowes and "my self" then the branch and road . . . ", free to take timber from any of the testator's lands called "Mount Ephraim" and "Wolf Ridges" and also a privilege of the great marsh called "Ventur", to have no more of the estate
George Dashiell Wilson --son of Ephraim Wilson, dwelling plantation where I now live with exception of that given to Thomas -privilege of timber from "Mount Ephraim" and Woolf Ridges"
Ephraim Wilson, Esther Wilson --wife of Ephraim, to come and live on property after testator's decease until George Dashiell Wilson comes of age. Should Esther outlive Ephraim, then she is to have liberty of living on the property for her life or widowhood
Nicholson Collier -grandson, to have lands left to George Dashiell Wilson, should he die with out issue
Peggy Nicholson --daughter (wife of Isaac Nicholson), all lands that were left to Thomas "provided that part over the branch and the Branch to be a division to the gate and from the gate out to a plant bed I had last year and thence till it intersects Mount Ephraim"
Ann Collier --daughter (wife of Evans Collier), Negro boy "Charles" which she already has, bed and furniture
Priscilla Dashiell -daughter, one shilling sterling and no more of the estate
Betty Collier -daughter, Amelia (?) Dashiell -granddaughter, their homes where I now live as long as they remain single, Betty Collier to have ,10 13 shillings in lieu of a mare and sheep, Amelia to have 40 pounds
-remainder of estate to be divided equally among them and Peggy Nicholson, Ann Collier, Esther Wilson, and Nicholson Collier and granddaughter Jean Collier --daughter of Betty Collier
Robert Dashiell --grandson (son of Mitchell Dashiell, Jr.), ,5 and no more of the estate
George Dashiell -brother, to be executor along with Thomas
