Sarah Ward wrote her will Jun 21 1828 and it was proven in Worcester on Nov 20 1830 as:
- To daughter Elizabeth, 4 head of the first choice of my cattle, bed/furniture and a gun safe
- To son William, walnut table
- To son Levi, bed/furniture
- To son Isaac, bed/furniture
- To granddaughter Julian Beachboard, 100a of land binding on the river and Cathers Creek swamp - if she dies with no heirs, then to all my children jointly.
- residue to children Elizabeth, Levi, Isaac, and William
