Isaac Coulbourn SoW-EB1:173 12/15/1776 03/18/1783 Comfort Coulbourn --wife -Negroes "George" "Judah" "Caleb" "Joe" "Fanny" and "Milly" -all land owned in Worcester County and 500 pounds at the rate of 7 shillings 6 pence -2 best bed and furniture, and all china cups & saucers, and tea spoons -plantation where I now dwell for her widowhood and the plantation where Patrick McKammy now lives -,20 to "be applied towards the Schooling and Cloathing of the Poor" at discretion of executrix -remainder of personal estate to be divided among widow and children. -named executor of the estate -should she die before children come of age then friends (unnamed) to have guardianship Should wife have a son -to have land where I now live called "Pomfret" and Drown Core" Sarah Coulbourn --daughter -to have those lands left to unborn son should widow not have a son or should he not live. -Negroes " Little George" "Merser" "Lidda" "Leah" -500 pounds at 7 shillings 6 pence -tract of land lying on the north side of Rewastico Creek which was purchased of Thomas Parramore where Matthew Dorman now lives called "Wh---" and right and title to land not already given away with exception of that to William Coulbourn Mary Coulbourn --daughter -to have all that tract of land where Patrick McKammy now lives called by resurvey "Harts Content" -tract of land called "Pleasure" cont. 49.5 ac of land purchased from Mathias Gale William Coulbourn --nephew (son of brother William ) -tract of land called "Discovery" and "Outlet" with exception of 35 ac that was conveyed to testator by brother William that was taken up on an older survey called "Pomphrit" -no one is to make claim on those lands left nephew William in the will of his father -should all children die without issue then to have the lands where Patrick McKammy now lives provided he pay to his sister Rachel Coulbourn ,20 current money and to pay to his brother Thomas Coulbourn 50 pounds current money and to pay his sister Mary Coulbourn ,20 current money Benjamin Coulbourn --brother -20 pounds to educate his children with -should children die without issue then "Pomfrit" and "Drown Corse" to Benjamin.
