To wife Betty - the use of all my lands and houses for her widowhood. Also the use of Negro boy Saul until my son William comes to age and then Saul to Williams. Also the use of Negro girl Phebe for her lifetime. Also Negro woman Lacey. That my wife should have use of all legacies until children come to age
To eldest son Nathaniel Vaughan - the above lands if wife should marry
To children Mary Vaughan, Nathaniel Vaughan, William Vaughan, Ephraim Vaughan, Betty Vaughan - after the decease of wife, Negro girl Phebe and her children. Also residue of estate
