They are both stated to have been 16 years in Kent Co. and 2 years in the district.
His death certificate states his father was Samuel Fisher and his mother's maiden name is "Smary"? Hard to decipher the latter. Both parents were from Maryland. He died at 930 East 17th Street in Wilmington on Dec 14 1923.
