Thomas Lackey/Lokey is listed in the Somerset Tax Lists beginning in 1728 through 1740 in Wicomico Hundred. Since there are no lists for 1741/42, it is presumed he was in Worcester Co., MD by the time the 1743 Somerset Tax List was assembled.
He could be the son of either Alexander (who may be s/o an elder Alexander) or Andrew Lokey, both of Wicomico Hundred. All were born prior to 1710 and the weak circumstantial evidence supports Thomas being s/o Alexander (one of them).
