-remainder of estate to be divided between Mary, Elizabeth and Robert

Then came: John Malone Morris, Elizabeth Morris, widow and elected to take her lawful thirds of the estate both real and personal, Then came: Elizabeth Morris and renounced her right and title as administrator of the will.
