To son John Handy: the dwelling plantation purchased from George Twilley and alienated to testator by Benjamin Venables, from the branch by the gate down to the River, 25 ac of WHAT YOU PLEASE, Still, head, and worm. Silver-hilted sword and cane.
To son Charles Handy: land left to John should John die without issue.
Land purchased from Francis Parsons and alienated to testator by James Law, on the south side of the Nanticoke River, 400 ac NEW SCOTLAND, in upper Nanticoke (Sussex)
To son Samuel Handy: land left to Charles if Charles inherits the lands left to John. Land left to Levin if Levin d. without issue. ,100 paper money to be paid to him at 20.
To son Levin Handy: 200 ac LOT (alias RIDGELY), part of BELEAN, on the east side of the branch by the gate and running with the branch to the main road then along the road to the back line of James's land. Negro boy Prince.
To daughter Esther Dashiell: Negro girl Rose. Chest of drawers in the parlor chamber. ,30 either in paper money or out of the personal estate.

Trustees: good friends George Dashiell and Isaac Handy, care and custody of sons Charles, Levin and Samuel B to be bound out to such trades or business as the trustees see fit; money left for Samuel to be in trust until he arrives at age to receive it; also the care of son John.
To wife Jane Handy: the use of the plantation and house during her widowhood.
If John marries, he has liberty to build a house on the property, but not to molest or disturb the widow with one-third of the apple orchard. Sorrel mare purchased from Abraham Dean. One-third part of the estate after debts and legacies are paid.
Residue of personal estate to be divided among children.
Executrix: wife Jane Handy.
Witnesses: George Dashiell, William Murray, Hester Ann Hudson.
