Maj. Levin Handy's estate bond was assigned to Tubman Lowes on Aug 16 1804 in Worcester Co., MD.

Levin married Nelly Hitch, daughter of Joshua A. Hitch and Mary (Molly) Taylor, in 1794-1795 in Somerset Co., MD. (Nelly Hitch was born about 1770 in Somerset Co., MD and died after 02 Sep 1829.)
