Isaac Pusey's will was written on Sep 11 1792 and probated on Oct 26 1792 in Worcester Co., MD. It leaves to son Levy (Levi) Pusey plantation "Bacon Hill" (130a) and mentions daughter Siner Pusey and son Isaac Pusey. Finally, this makes brother John Pusey, executor, a key tie to that familial relationship. Witnesses were John Riggen and James Wonnel (WoW-1790/99:96).
In Worcester Orphan's Court, Levi, Sinor and Isaac Pewsey (of Isaac) were assigned guardian John Pewsey on Feb 13 1795. Sureties: Thomas Atkinson and Purnell Pusey.
