He also has his wife and sister in the household. He may be the John M. Murrell listed in the 1900 census for Charlottesville, Abermarle Co., VA but that person is listed as a carpenter having been born in VA.
John married Elmyra (?) in 1871-1879. (Elmyra (?) was born in 1843 in VA 7.)
