To wife Mary Jones: Negroes Tom and Zadok for her life; at her decease to be divided among children. Remainder of estate for life and then to be divided equally among children.
To children of wife Mary Jones that she had by former husband: William Jones, Levin Jones, Mathias Jones, Sarah Jones: ,60 out of moveable estate after widow's decease.
To son Benjamin Jones: ,150 in gold. Negro man Jacob after widow's decease.
To son Mitchell Jones: ,150 current money. Still and worm.
Mitchell and Benjamin to be bound out to a trade until of age.
Brothers Robert Jones and William Jones appointed to purchase land with the sums of money left to Benjamin and Mitchell. If any vacant lands can be purchased to add to lands already in possession, money to be taken out of estate to do so and the land purchased be divided between Benjamin and Mitchell as Robert and William see fit.
Brothers George Jones and Benjamin Jones: to act on behalf of son Benjamin should any lands be purchased before the testator's decease.
To daughter Betty Jones and the child my wife now goes with: Negro girl Nan, Negro boy Job, and increase of Nan to be divided equally between them.
Children to have good learning, paid for out of my estate.
