To son John Houston: 250 ac of COXES PERFORMANCE, bought from Henry Lowes; tract in Somerset County near Broad Creek, Use of CAMP NECK, HOUSTONS DISCOVERY and 50 ac of ROUND POND ENLARGED, Also Negro man George.
To Littleton Houston, son of John Houston: the above at his father's death.
To grandson Leonard Houston, 200 ac of ROUND POND ENLARGED to be on the east side of the County Road that leads from my house to Pine Grove Furnace.
To granddaughter Sally Minors Houston: tract bought from Paris Chipman, Jr., being the tract where Chipman lived, 50 ac, Also 100 ac of ROUND POND ENLARGED.
To wife Rodah: dwelling plantation for widowhood and her thirds of real estate. Also use of Negro fellow Sambo, Negro Belendo and Belendo's child Sue.
To son Robert Houston: dwelling plantation after his mother's widowhood,
Also saw mill and grist mill bought from Joseph Marshall,
Executor: son Robert Houston.

John married Rhoda Townsend, daughter of John Townsend and Ansley Marshall. (Rhoda Townsend was born about 1715 in Somerset Co., MD and died between 26 Feb 1773 and 09 Mar 1773 in Worcester Co., MD.)
